Balsam is the Head of the Foreign Legal department working within PR relations at the House of Law. Prior to joining the House of Law, Balsam has and continues to work within activism related to gender equality, domestic violence, and harassment and has used her humanitarian work and transported this to the House of Law by providing insight and experience to humanitarian issues within the law realm.

Balsam possesses a deep-rooted passion for the law, as she firmly believes that it holds the key to promoting social justice and equality. She believes the legal system provides an ideal platform for accomplishing these objectives in a just and lawful manner by implementing and upholding regulations within the judicial system.

Balsam emphasises that the Law can bring fairness and equality globally and operates this through the foreign legal department by bringing clients and working together in house of law.
