Abdulaziz is the co-founder of house of law and established house of law alongside his partner Fawaz Al-Mukhled, Abdul-Aziz’s practice focuses primarily on capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, financing, and agency and distribution matters. He has led many corporate restructuring projects which were successfully delivered to clients during the past 15 years. Furthermore, Abdulaziz is an integral part of the establishment of House of Law I building the empire which is what it stands for today.

Abdulaziz holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Philadelphia University, additionally as a master in business from Dar El-Hekma University of Lebanon and currently completing his doctorate at University of Zayed. He is a registered member of the Kuwait Bar Association.

Abdul-Aziz’s primary place of practice is between the UAE and Kuwait, however his experience in advising and assisting clients extends throughout the Arab region where he has attended projects and counselled.

Choosing to pursue law was a simple decision to make for Abdulaziz as doing the right thing and justice being served is something very important and resonates within his character.

He enjoys working within contract law and capital market as being involved within this sector since 2010 he has gathered extensive experience.
